LET US PRAY: Lord, I ask that You uplift my soul. Lord, I often pray for my physical needs, and I realize that I ought to pray fro my spiritual needs just as I pray for my physical needs. Just as food is nourishment for the body, I know that Your Word is nourishment for my soul. Lord, may I never starve my soul to death out of my lack of reading Your Word. Lord, as I read Your Word to nourish my soul, open my understanding that I may get the deepest meaning of Your Word, and as it dwells in my heart, it will prosper my soul just as You prosper my body.
