LET US PRAY: Lord God, I know that often I try to act tough to prevent people from treating me like I am nothing. I know that I try to act proud so that I can get the respect I deserve. I also know that these things are vanity and foolishness in Your sight, so today, I come to You asking for forgiveness and correction. Lord, may I humble myself in every way possible, and stay that way. Lord, may I realize that You see humility as greatness not worthlessness or foolishness. May I realize that humility is not thinking less of myself, but thinking of myself less and others more. May I be selfless with my actions and thoughts. In due time, I ask that You lift me and exalt me. In Jesus' Name. Amen.
