LET US PRAY: Lord Jesus, I want to make heaven after my life here is over. I know that my life here on earth is not forever but for a while. I know that my eternal life awaits me in Your kingdom. Lord, I do not want to have all the good things of this world and lose my soul. I do not want to enjoy in bliss, and suffer in the pit of hell. I want to make heaven when my life here is over. I want to be welcomed into Your kingdom with open arms. Lord, bless me with strength, wisdom, and grace to achieve this. May I walk along the path of righteousness without slipping. Lord, keep my feet firm, and free from slipping. As I read Your Word everyday, may it dwell deep inside my heart, and may it influence my every word, thought, and action. May Your Word remain a light to my path, showing me where to go, and a lamp to my feet, leading me not into temptation. In Jesus' Name. Amen.
