LET US PRAY: Lord, often I ask for things that I shouldn't ask for. Lord, often I am selfish with my prayers. Often my understanding is too limited and shallow and I ask for vain pleasures rather than asking to become a better person. Lord, help me walk along the path of righteousness. Keep me away from people that will draw me away from You. Lord, is there anything coming between me and You? Reveal this to me that I may let it go. Lord, I want to draw nearer to You that You may draw nearer to me and I may start living the way You have always wanted me to live. Lord, I want to become more like the person You want me to be that my lifestyle may be in accordance to Your will for my life, and that when I pray I may ask for all that I want in accordance to Your will that You may hear me and bless me.
