But thou, when thou prayest, enter into thy closet, and when thou hast shut thy door, pray to thy Father which is in secret; and thy Father which seeth in secret shall reward thee openly. (Matthew 6:6 KJV)

LET US PRAY: Lord, may I never be a man who does what's right in the open, and go behind close doors and embrace darkness. Lord, may I never be the kind of man who embrace righteousness not for Your sake, but for the sake of having a good name, and fails to do what's right when he is certain no man sees him. Lord, may I never pray so that others can notice that I'm a prayerful Christian, but may I always pray because I have something always to thank You for, and make my request known to You. Lord, may I realize that a secret prayer is more rewarding that a prayer done in public. May I always realize that a good deed done in secret is a hundred times better than a good deed done in the public for the sake for a good name. In Jesus' Name. Amen.
