LET US PRAY: Lord, I want to live in joy and peace, and I know that this is only achievable through You. Lord, I ask that You generously bless me with strength, wisdom, knowledge, and understanding to live above bitterness, anxiety, envy, worrying, anger, depression, fear, worthlessness, and hopelessness. Lord, I ask You to deliver me when my heart is distressed, and my spirit is overwhelmed. Lord, keep me free from these unproductive emotions. I know that they are not of You, and they are not from You. I know that You give better things, and that's what I am here for. I ask You to bless me with sweetness, joy, selflessness, love, courage, confidence, boldness, and hope. May I never give in to unproductive emotions. In Jesus' Name. Amen.
