LET US PRAY: Lord, today, I pray for the old and retired. Lord, they have lived a life worthy of example, and shown us what it means to be dedicated, diligent, determined, and consistent. Lord, You are a just God, and You do not let the good works of a man go without a reward. Lord, now it is time for them to enjoy the abundant reward for their years of effort. Lord, as they go back to their homes, retired, and old, make sure that they are happy too. May they look back at the years they have spent, and smile because they have found satisfaction too. Lord, may they feel accomplished, blessed, thankful, and fulfilled. May they spend their remaining years on earth, resting, and enjoying the abundant fruits of their past labor. In Jesus' Name. Amen.
