For [God] giveth to a man that [is] good in his sight wisdom, and knowledge, and joy: but to the sinner he giveth travail, to gather and to heap up, that he may give to [him that is] good before God. This also [is] vanity and vexation of spirit. (Ecclesiastes 2:26 KJV)

LET US PRAY: Lord, as I endeavor to do what's right, and to speak what's right, I ask that You bless me with more wisdom, knowledge, and joy. As I endeavor to keep Your commandments, and teach others to do the same, may blessings never cease from raining upon me. Lord, may I endeavor not only to do good, but to convert many toward Your light. May I never settle for hearing and listening to Your Word, but always practicing it and teaching others to do so. Lord, may I reflect Your character that others will come to learn about You when they see me. Lord, may I never be a Christian only on Sundays or only by mouth. May I always be a Christian by attitude and the way I treat others. May I never cherish luxury or nurture anger in my heart, rather, may I focus my affection on things in heaven, and be quick at forgiving those who wrong me. In Jesus' Name. Amen.
