My son, attend to my words; incline thine ear unto my sayings. (Proverbs 4:20-22 KJV)

LET US PRAY: Lord, thank You that I can confidently call myself Your son/daughter. Thank You for being there for me when nobody was. Lord, today, I do not want to ask You for anything, rather I want to listen. I have realized that prayer is a conversation between You and I; a dialogue and not a monologue. I know that as much as I talk to You about my problems, I need to listen to You and know what Your Will for me is. Father, today, I ask You to speak to me for I listen to every word. Make me focused enough to hear You when You speak to me. Give me a heart that is willing to do all that You have commanded me to, and strengthen me to accomplish everything You want of me. Father, reveal to me what Your Will for me is that I may live a purposeful life with You in the center working for my good. In Jesus' Name. Amen.
