When God bless men, He helps, strengthen, and make better that person, but that is not the same as when man bless God. We cannot in any way help, strengthen or make God better. When we bless God, we simply glorify His Name. We simply give thanks to Him for all that He has done for us. So while praying, we can bless God by calling Him great, and acknowledging that He has absolute power over everything seen and unseen.
