Let us pray: Lord, there are many trials that I face every
day but I choose to be hopeful and positive for I am confident that you will
always be by my side and lift me up when I can no longer go on. There are more
reasons for me to be cheerful than sad and disappointed. I praise and thank you
Father for blessing me with supportive love ones and the company of good
friends. And above all, through your grace, I still breathe and wake up each
day. Help me understand and accept Lord the things that I cannot change. Free
my mind from possible hatred and allow me to see the beauty and lessons I can
learn even in my darkest hours. These I ask through our Lord Jesus Christ,
Amen.
