Children, obey your parents in the Lord, for this is right. (Ephesians 6:1-2 )

Let us pray: Heavenly Father, today I offer you thanks and praise for giving me such wonderful parents who loved me dearly and brought me up in great faith and love. I would like to spend every moment making them very happy and proud while they are still alive. I do not want to wake up one day Lord realizing they are gone and regretting my actions towards my father and mother. They are your angels from heaven and you have sent them to guide and protect me. I promise to obey them the way I obey your commandments oh Lord. Amen.
