Let us pray:  Most loving Jesus, I cannot even raise my head for I am filled with shame and regret for my wrongdoings. Forgive me Lord for adding burden to your cross over and over again. Have pity on me and grant me the chance to redirect my life. Touch me Lord and cast away all the memories and traces of evil. I believe in your grace and forgiveness Lord and my heart is telling me that you will understand my shortcomings. Be with me Lord and inspire me to achieve what is rightful. Amen.
