Let us pray: O Christ, our protector and savior, come and awaken us from the darkness of apathy and selfishness that has covered this nation. We are calling for your name to help us renew our faith and hope for one another. Let your unconditional love and sacrifices influence us to become benevolent. In times of calamities, may we learn to put others first before ourselves. May we forget and set aside our individual differences and focus on the healing of this nation. Amen.
