For since we believe that Jesus died and rose again, even so, through Jesus, God will bring with him those who have fallen asleep. (1 Thessalonians 4:14)

Let us pray: All powerful God in the Heavens, I pray for the souls of our departed love ones. They were all dear to me and it was indeed sad losing them. Death is unknown and I know little about it except that everybody will soon die we just don’t know when. But I believe in the Lord Jesus who has risen from the dead. I believe that through his resurrection, all the people we have lost has finally joined him and is now experiencing the greatness of your promised kingdom. I thank you Lord for giving us Jesus Christ. He has completely erased my fear of death. Amen.
