Likewise also that woman should adorn themselves in respectable apparel, with modesty and self-control, not with braided hair and gold or pearls or costly attire (1 Timothy 2:9)

Let us pray: All praise and glory are yours Almighty Father! Thank you for creating me and bringing me into this world. Thank you that you made me special and that I am unique in your kingdom.  I pray that I may be able to fulfill my duties as a mother, as a daughter and a model citizen in my own community. Prepare me each day to become the kind of woman I wanted to be: filled with modesty and discipline. Bless me not with temporary riches or luxuries but with necessary virtues which leads me to your salvation. Amen.
