The tongue also is a fire, a world of wickedness among the parts of the body. It pollutes the whole person, sets the course of his life on fire, and is itself set on fire by hell. (James 3:6)

Let us pray: Most loving Jesus, heal your people and turn our wickedness into righteousness. Cast away our polluted thoughts and replace it with forgiveness, love and comfort. Bless our thoughts, our feelings and actions. May we use our hands in reaching out to people who are in need. May we use our tongues in encouraging those who are down and suffering. May we use our brains in thinking of ways on how to promote greater glory for the Lord. Be our inspiration Lord. Amen.
