Let us pray: Lord Jesus, you know my burdens and sorrows. I lay them on your loving hands. I beseech you to heal the wounds that pained me for such a long time. Heal my sad memories and help me move on. Deliver me from anxiety and anguish. Allow me to restore my confidence so that I can start building new and better relationship with family and friends. Amen.
