Sell your possessions and give to the poor. Provide purses for yourselves that will not wear out, a treasure in heaven that will never fail, where no thief comes near and no moth destroys (Luke 12:33)

Let us pray: Lord, I humble myself and ask for forgiveness for living an unworthy life. All these times, I have been pursuing the wrong form of contentment and happiness. I have overworked myself and neglected my loved ones for the sake of money, fame and power. I have been blinded by false desires. Now, I come to you and yearn to become a better Christian. Touch my life and make me your instrument of change. I want to share my blessings to others most specially the needy. I want to give and receive nothing except the Kingdom of God. Amen
