Then you will go safely on your way, and you will not hurt your foot. When you lie down, you will not be afraid. As you lie there, your sleep will be sweet. (Proverbs 3:23-24)

Let us pray: Most loving and gracious God, we thank you for the chance to travel and marvel at your wondrous creations in other places. Thank you for the gift of exploration. However, we remain vulnerable to unknown threats and dangers in unfamiliar places and so we pray that you grant us safety and protection. Please do not allow us to get lost, hurt and miserable. Lead us only to beautiful places and destinations that will enrich our mind and soul. Amen.
