Whoever is kind to the poor lends to the LORD, and he will reward them for what they have done. (Proverbs 19:17)

Let us pray: Father in Heaven, glory to you forever! Today I pray that I trust the good gifts that You have given me. May I be able to realize that these gifts are better than the things I want. Help me to use them well. Teach me on how to apply them day by day by being at the service of others. Make me closer to the needy and unfortunate Lord. And may these little sacrifices bring me closer to you and to your kingdom. Amen.
