Let us pray: Our Father in Heaven, in celebration of this year’s Grandparents Day, we lift up to you in prayers all grandparents in this world who deserve your love and care. We pray that you secure them with your gentleness and compassion. We pray for all family members and relatives to give them more attention, time and support. There are so many elderly who suffer from different sickness and diseases, heal them Lord and take away their pain. And for those who are left out in nursing homes, cast away their loneliness Lord. May they find strength in the promise of Jesus Christ of eternal life in your kingdom. Amen.
