Let us pray: Beloved Christ, my morning star and daily source of strength and comfort, this Lenten Season I choose to make a sincere sacrifice on my own. I am fully aware Lord that You have already taken the cross for me but I want to do this for personal and spiritual growth. Guide and help me Lord as I nourish my body only with healthy food. I have indulged too much without realizing the harm that I may have caused. Let me rekindle my friendship with those who I have disappointed and hurt by taking the first step of reconciliation. Inspire me Lord to take the initiative in strengthening the bond in my family, reconnecting with my community and serving the church. These are my prayers Lord. May you help me fulfill them. Amen.
