"Behold, I am bringing them from the north country, And I will gather them from the remote parts of the earth, Among them the blind and the lame, The woman with child and she who is in labor with child, together; A great company, they will return here. (Jeremiah 31:8)

Let us pray: Lord, today we lift up to you all the disabled. May they always rely on You and keep their spirit lifted. Touch their lives Lord in a way that they increase their hope and faith. May they feel that they belong in this world and that many people care for them. Likewise, we pray for enlightenment for those who do not understand how it feels to become a handicapped. May they learn to value the life others and be willing to share their blessings. Amen.
