If one gives an answer before he hears, it is his folly and shame. (Proverbs 18:13)

Let us pray: God of Peace and Healing, guide our thoughts and control our speech that we may avoid uttering useless and hurtful words. Make us realize that self-expression does need to be dark, bitter and pessimistic. Help us to become messengers of truth and good listeners. Teach us to make room for advices, ideas, opinions, and suggestions in order to build a better relationship and stronger teams. These we pray in Jesus' name, Amen.
