To the pure, all things are pure; but to the defiled and unbelieving, nothing is pure. Indeed, both their minds and their consciences are defiled. (Titus 1:15)

Let us pray: Heavenly Father, help me strive for a happier life by releasing all the anger and resentment in my heart.  May I learn to forgive those who have wronged me. May I learn to let go of the bad things that happened to me in the past. Invite me in your holy presence and radiate your light into my life that I may strive to make each day worthy of living. Amen.
