He will judge between the nations and will settle disputes for many peoples. They will beat their swords into plowshares and their spears into pruning hooks. Nation will not take up sword against nation, nor will they train for war anymore. (Isaiah 2:4)

Let us pray: Most loving Father, you are the source of our comfort and strength in times of sudden chaos, crisis, or war. Let your grace and peace surround us. Take away our fears oh Lord and put an end to the ongoing armed conflicts in Afghanistan, Iraq, Israel, Central Africa, Somali, Syria, South Sudan, Ukraine and other affected nations. We pray that no more innocent lives shall be sacrificed. We pray that soldiers on duty can finally go home and be with their loving families. We believe that your power is much greater than these conflicts Lord. We hope and pray for our salvation. We ask these in the mighty name of Jesus, our Lord Amen.
