“You shall not oppress a hired servant who is poor and needy, whether he is one of your brothers or one of the sojourners who are in your land within your towns. (Deuteronomy 24:14)

Let us pray: Mighty and powerful God, as a man of faith and a leader to hundreds of workers, I am here and I humbly submit myself to You. You are my creator and whatever I possess yesterday, today and tomorrow, I acknowledge that they all came from your grace. I pray that you will always guide me. Help me set aside my personal emotions and ambitions most especially if it will just hinder the growth of everybody. Teach me Lord to become a better person and master each day. May I continue working hard and leading my people to a happy and satisfactory way of life. Encourage me Lord to see them as blessings everyday and that I am not here where I am without their dedication and contributions. Amen.
