Let us pray: Lord Jesus, forgive me for my short and quick temper. I pray that you heal me from this disease. Cleanse me Lord from all the insecurities and anger within me. Guide my tongue and help me speak only the truth and the gentlest words. May I never hurt someone again because my hurtful words. Amen.
