The one who has knowledge uses words with restraint, and whoever has understanding is even-tempered. (Proverbs 17:27)

Let us pray: O Lord, grant me your guidance and wisdom so that I may be able to watch my words and my action. May I live harmoniously with my family, peers and community. Use me Lord to spread your good news and inspire others to support and love one another in spite of our differences.
