SPECIAL PRAYER FOR NEW YEAR: Therefore if any man be in Christ, he is a new creature: old things are passed away; behold, all things are become new. (2 Corinthians 5:17 KJV)

LET US PRAY: Lord Jesus, we've come to the end of a year, and the beginning of another, make me understand that the end of something means the beginning of something greater. Make me realize that the close of one door means the opening of another door with more blessings. Lord, this year came with its trials and challenges, but I want to thank You that I am still standing. I want to thank You for being with me all through. I want to thank You for continuously blessing me with the gift of life. I know it's a miracle to be alive this very moment because many that celebrated the new year never made it alive today, but You found me worthy to see the end of the year. This year I ask You to set me free from destruction, lack, inability, set backs, sin, and harm. May I be a new creature in You. I leave all my old things behind in this year, and I move to the next year a new creature. Lord, may all the old things of this year be passed away, and never follow me to the new year. May all things in the new year be new. May I be new in blessing, new in health, new in strength, new in joy, new in progress, new in righteousness, new in grace, and new in love. Your Word says that You have plans for me, and I ask that You make manifest Your plans in my life. May I prosper in the new year and not suffer. May I be safe from harm and not surrounded by danger. May I be blessed with hope and a bright future. Make me a wonderful creation in You, and bless me with Your grace to live above sin, and into Your blessings. In Jesus' Name. Amen.
