Why Pray the Scriptures?

Then Nebuchadnezzar spake, and said, Blessed be the God of Shadrach, Meshach, and Abednego, who hath sent his angel, and delivered his servants that trusted in him, and have changed the king's word, and yielded their bodies, that they might not serve nor worship any god, except their own God. (Daniel 3:28 KJV)

LET US PRAY: Lord God, the blessed Father, the One with absolute power and knowledge, I thank You for who I am, and what You're currently doing with me. Lord, I ask You to send down Your angel to deliver me. Lord, I trust in You completely. I love You with all my heart, soul, mind, might, and strength. Lord, I worship You even in the midst of the blackest storm. I praise You even when everything seems to be falling apart, because I know that just as You were with Shadrach, Meshach, and Abednego in the burning furnace, You will be with me in my trials, and You will deliver me from them all. In Jesus' Name. Amen.
