Thy word is a lamp unto my feet, and a light unto my path. (Psalm 119:105 KJV)

LET US PRAY: Heavenly Father, I prefer to suffer for doing what's right to enjoying the vain pleasures of sin. I prefer to share the oppression, suffer the hardships, and bear the shame for choosing to walk upright, rather than to enjoy a sinful worthless life. I declare that I am not a lukewarm Christian who only choose to have a relationship with You on Sundays at the church. I declare that I am not a hypocrite whose hidden character doesn't bring glory to You. Lord, I am desperate for You. I am desperate to live for You. I am desperate for You just as a man whose head is on fire is desperate for water. Lord, feed my desperateness with Your Word. May I hunger for Your Word for it is a lamp to my feet and a light to my path. Lord, may Your Word lead me along the path I should follow that I may remain in Your land of blessing, now and forever. In Jesus' Name. Amen.
