It is vain for you to rise up early, to sit up late, to eat the bread of sorrows: for so he giveth his beloved sleep. (Psalms 127:2 KJV)

LET US PRAY: Lord, I know that it is vain for me to rise up early in the morning without coming to You in prayer, committing my day into Your Holy Care. Lord, I know that it is vain to sit up late in the night without coming to You in prayer, committing all my ways into Your Holy Care. Father, without You, my day is fruitless. Without You, I can do nothing, and I amount to nothing. Lord, I know that You give those who come to You, rest. I know that You give those who love You, sleep. Lord, may I never eat the bread of sorrow. May I eat the bread of joy for You constantly bless those who love You with the desires of their heart. Father, into Your able and Holy care I commit my ways and days, use me to Your glory. In Jesus' Name. Amen.
