Let us pray: God our Father, if I would look back to all the beautiful things that have happened in my life from the day I was conceived from my mother’s womb, a day wouldn’t be enough to list them all. But let me praise you Lord for the things that truly matter in my life. For my parents who did not only provide my basic needs but raised me with love and understanding, for my friends who lend their hands when I was in need, for my teachers and mentors who molded me and taught me so many things, for the opportunities to develop my talents and skills and lastly for all the experiences, may it be happy or sad for they made me the kind of person who I am right now. I may not own the riches almost everybody wanted but I am very much contented Lord. And if I join you today, I have nothing with me but thanksgiving and praise. Amen.
