Let us pray: Lord God, I am truly grateful for the talents you have given me. The praises and cheers I receive have strongly built my confidence. My talents have also provided me with the things I never imagined to have. But I have been pushing myself too hard dear Father. Because of my desire to earn more and gain recognition from everyone, I have started to neglect my health, family and you my own creator. I am ashamed Lord for being too ambitious. Forgive me for focusing too much on my accomplishments. But I want to thank you for waking me up before it’s too late. Thank you for making me realize that honor, riches and glory are useless if my soul is empty and lost. Be with me as I redirect my steps. Amen.
