Let us pray: Dear God, I pray that you grant your child give
to a gentle and quiet spirit. Teach me Lord on how to remain calm in
challenging situations. Guide the words
that come out from my mouth and slow me to anger. Encourage me Lord to settle
misunderstandings with others using kind words. Help me Lord to become more
understanding and forgiving to the mistakes of my fellow. Let your Holy
Spirit fill me with gentleness all day long. Amen.
