Let us pray: Hear my prayers beloved Jesus. I pray that may your Holy Spirit be with me always most especially in times of anxiety, confusion and fear. When I do not have the ability to think straight, let your spirit calm me Lord. When I am about to do something regretful, let your spirit intervene Lord. Let me count of you Lord when I am my weakest. Please be my courage and strength. Amen.

Likewise the Spirit helps us in our weakness. For we do not know what to pray for as we ought, but the Spirit himself intercedes for us with groaning too deep for words. (Romans 8:26)
