Let us pray: God our Father, you have created everything in this world. You have breathed life not only to humans but to animals as well. It is so sad Lord that today, cruelty to animals is so rampant. Sea creatures and forest animals have been threatened and now face extinction. Forgive us Lord for our ignorance and negligence. Forgive us Lord for not being able to keep our promise in becoming the stewards of your creation. Open the eyes and teach them a lesson those who are working in cosmetics, pharmaceutical and others industries who uses animals for testing and production. May they fully realize the gravity of their wrong doings and do something to restore the balance in our nature. Amen.
