Let us ray: God our Father, extend your horizon and widen my vision to what really matters in this life. Help me in strengthening my faith in you so that I could focus on the pursuit of a blessed soul. Help me Lord in staying away from fleshly desires, pampering of the body, lust and too much appetite. Let me preserve my body properly and use it to righteous works instead. These I ask in Jesus’ name, Amen.
