Let us pray: Lord, giver of hope, I lift up to you my
concerns and the concerns of the rest of the people in my nation. Let your
light shine upon us and direct us back to your kingdom. Wake up all fathers who
have abandoned their families. Inspire all mothers to become the role models to
their children. Guide all leaders to perform their duties without falling into
corruption and immoralities. Protect the youth and ignite the values of respect
and obedience in their hearts. We have become so poor not only in body but also
in spirit. Lead us Lord to the abundance of your love and grace. Amen.
