Let us pray: Gracious Lord, indeed you are my rock, my
strength and my refuge. Only you can protect me from harm and violence. Please
watch over me and guide my path. Lead me not into temptation and situations
that would put myself in danger. Clear my mind and direct me to good people.
May I exercise wisdom and good judgment in everything I do. Likewise, I pray
that I may show gentleness to everyone and slow myself from anger and hatred.
Amen.
