Let us pray: Our God of endless love and compassion, may you
comfort our brothers and sisters who have suffered emotional and physical
abuses. Heal their hearts and restore their self-worth. We pray that you end
the violence that surrounds their homes. But most of all, we pray that kindness
replace the minds and hearts of their abusers. Reprimand them Lord and teach
them the lesson they deserve. These we asked in Jesus’ name, Amen.
