Let us pray: Dear Jesus, whenever someone tries to pull me
down or inflict sorrow in my life, please remind me of the gift of forgiveness
I have received from you. Help me calm down when arguments build up. Encourage
me to forgive others who have offended and hurt me consciously or
unconsciously. Free me Lord from any burden of anger, guilt and misery. May I
always lead a happy life from the bounty of your grace. Amen.
