Let us pray: Heavenly Father, here is your servant humbly
asking for your wisdom and guidance. There are times when stress and external
pressures weaken my spirit and affects my attitude towards my work and my
workers. Strengthen me Lord when problems come knocking at my door. Shield me
with your spirit and will. Let me be the kind of leader who is responsible and
wise. Let me be the one who will lead my subordinates to your greater glory.
