Let us pray: God in heaven, we praise you and offer our
sincerest appreciation for the bountiful blessings you have showered us yesterday
and today. As we enjoy the bounty of your grace, may we never forget those who
are also in need. Inspire us Lord to become good Samaritans ourselves. Teach us
to help others and bring them comfort to their sufferings. Remind us Lord that
you are present in every one of us and that whenever we help our fellow
brothers and sisters, we are also helping and glorifying you. Amen.
