Let us pray: Father
God, my heart is heavy and sad everytime I see a brother or sister suffering
because of sickness, violence, or society’s unfair treatment. I try my best to do
something for them but I feel that it would never be enough. I pray for
strength for me and for those people in need. I pray for compassion, empathy
and mercy to those who have the ability to help. I pray that Jesus’ examples of
unconditional love will leave an impact in our hearts. If that happens, I know
that this world would become a better place. Amen
