Let us pray: Grant us O Lord genuine camaraderie at
work. Let each one of us become witness of the goodness of others. Allow us to
see the strengths every members of the team and encourage those who are
challenged and lacking. Clear our thoughts and our hearts of any negative
feelings. Teach us to resolve issues in the most gentle and rational way.
May we all together face challenges and failures with optimism, perseverance
and strength. Amen.

And let us consider how to stir up one another to love and good works, not neglecting to meet together, as is the habit of some, but encouraging one another, and all the more as you see the Day drawing near. (Hebrews 10:24-25)
