Why Pray the Scriptures?

See, I am doing a new thing! Now it springs up; do you not perceive it? I am making a way in the desert and streams in the wasteland. (Isaiah 43:19)



Let us pray: Come, most Holy Jesus, our Risen Lord. Let your light shine through us. Be our guide. Be our hope. Be our strength. Be our comfort. Be our courage. Be our inspiration. May this year the time for everyone's spiritual growth. Help us grow in righteousness and become worthy to you and to the Father. Amen.
