Let us pray: Lord God, I thank you for giving me two loving
people who not only brought me into this world but raised me and nurtured me
perfectly. I have the fondest memories of my childhood because my father and
mother made it sure that I was loved and protected. Thank you Lord for guiding
them and showing them the way of parenthood. Now that I am a parent, I pray
Lord that I may do the same thing to my children. I seek your wisdom Lord so
that I may impart important life lessons to them at the same time, show them how
marvelous you are. Amen.
